Helen Pidd, a senior Guardian journalist tweeted a photograph of an antisemitic banner made by a 13-year-old boy. Pidd was tweeting a series of photographs from a protest against the Conservative Party, including this banner in the series with no reference to its antisemitic strapline.

The tweet triggered a range of responses, some of which were themselves antisemitic, however the majority simply condemned the antisemitism in the banner.
